SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Important Information

  • Our standard delivery time is 7-10 working days. For product specific exceptions, we mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page.
  • For orders within India, we levy a shipping fee of Rs. 100. For international deliveries, we charge a shipping fee depending on the weight of the parcel and location of the customer.
  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, itโ€™s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
  • We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
  • At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.   • Return/Exchange can only be availed once per order.
  • In case of International order, all shipments will be clubbed and sent together.
  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • For all deliveries, a porch or door delivery without signature may be done. This is in line with international standards of shipping. We do not necessarily require a signature for goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to You. If You have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then You accept that evidence of a porch delivery at the address given (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Us of Our obligation.
  • In case of International orders no refund shall be issued if:

- Incorrect or outdated delivery address is provided

- After 3 failed delivery attempts made by the courier

- Package refused by recipient post attracting custom/duty charges.

TAXES & DUTIES

For Indian Customers

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.


For International Customers

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.


Import regulations:

The recipient is the importer and must comply with all the applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Custom clearance delays can affect the original delivery timelines.


Note: Custom offices in some countries or regions require the importer to provide a form of identification such as a passport, Tax ID etc before releasing a shipment.
